Together, we help clients define and develop clinical programs, minimize delays, and execute high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies.Our Clinical Operations team in Spain is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a Clinical Operations Manager in Madrid, Barcelona or Sevilla to oversee daily line management responsibilities of the assigned team. You will be a positive leadership and professional role model for our ambitious and diverse clinical operations staff. This role will empower you to successfully implement strategic plans, determine effective resource alignment, and ensure flawless execution of training and development programs. Collaborate closely with senior management and executive staff to drive our mission forward.A day in the Life:Lead and inspire staff, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear work direction to achieve exceptional results.Conduct regular performance appraisals and career discussions, fostering employee career development.Interview, recruit, and select top talent, ensuring a seamless induction and orientation process for new employees.Maintain up-to-date staff CVs, training records, position profiles, and experience profiles, ensuring accuracy in timesheets and expense reports.Optimize project operations by supporting allocation activities in line with local resourcing processes and collaborating with project managers and clinical team managers.Deliver comprehensive training on Working Practice Documents (WPDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local requirements, and other critical subjects impacting clinical operations
