Clinical Operations Manager Novo Nordisk has a very exciting future ahead with several innovative products in the pipeline.

The position As our Clinical Operations Manager you will lead a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) responsible for conducting high-quality trials within several therapy areas, building a solid ground for the future portfolio and for new and better treatment options for patients worldwide.
Some of your responsibilities will be to: As a Line Manager, you will empower the team to be accountable, autonomous, self-organized and agile.
You will guide the professional journey of the individuals assuring team satisfaction, motivation, development, and healthy work-life balance.
To achieve this goal, you will be involved in training, development plans, recruiting, onboarding, performance appraisals.
In strong partnership with the rest of leaders, you will have a relevant role in the cultural transformation towards agile ways of working, simplification, innovative ways of support to facilitate the reach of the common purpose.
Oversee Clinical Trials ensuring all aspects from start-up to closure are conducted professionally and to a high standard, in accordance with Novo Nordisk's policies and procedures, external regulations and ICH GCP, acting as an ambassador for the company and contributing to making Novo Nordisk the preferred partner in clinical trials.
Encourage collaboration across different countries and departments to ensure information, knowledge sharing and learnings sharing.
Qualifications Life sciences degree, ideally with a post graduate qualification in research.
Deep experience and knowledge of clinical trial methodology and environment on an international environment, working cross functionally.
Strong background in clinical research with minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, ideally with direct reporting of CRAs.
Ability to work in changing environment, leading an agile methodology, being innovative and finding efficient ways of doing things.
Strong communication skills both in Spanish and English.
