The Clinical Network Specialist role will work closely with all Lyra International subsidiaries and Lyra Health to drive end-to-end counselor recruitment, onboarding and performance management, to ensure that local networks are set up to meet the high Lyra global clinical standards of care. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for effective mental health delivery on a global scale, a track record of leadership in a cross-functional space, and a service mindset.The work week runs from Monday – Friday, so the successful candidate will be expected to work 5 days a week from 9am to 6 pm Spanish time zone.ResponsibilitiesWorking with Regional Manager and Clinical Team lead to review and respond to the needs of the Lyra International subsidiaries in relation to new skills or locations required within their networks based on the Lyra International Service Level StandardsWorking with Lyra Health to understand how evidence-based practice requirements can be translated to a global populationWorking with recruitment agencies and tools such as LinkedIn to identify candidatesFostering alignment across various key stakeholders such as Lyra Health, Lyra International subsidiaries, Legal compliance, Clinical Operations and Client Services teamsWorking with Business Development teams to understand customer needs based on the sales pipeline and RFP processWorking with Legal Compliance teams to develop an in-depth knowledge of the licensing, tax obligations and insurance requirements of the Lyra International countries of operation and how this impacts recruitmentKeeping up to date protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with best practice in relation to recruitment standardsUnderstanding the mental health system of countries in which recruitment is taking place and how the candidates fulfill these requirementsReviewing and maintaining affiliate contracts that are suitable for the type of role that the recruitment is for and aligned with local legislationRegular reviews of license and skills to ensure that once successfully recruited affiliates remain compliant with Lyra International clinical standards and that affiliate profiles represent the most up to date informationContributing towards the development of a cost-effective model of working with affiliates and networksEnsuring that all candidates are able to work in accordance with Lyra International standards and protocols around diversity and inclusion and have the necessary skills to support clients from diverse or minority backgroundsOptimizing provider availability with modalities and preferences that are most in demandOnboarding new affiliates with tools, technology and information on how to receive and manage referralsMaintain strong relationships with counselors, serving as the primary point of contact for any support needs or issuesMonitor counselor performance and client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or performance-related issuesImplement retention strategies to ensure counselor engagement and satisfactionCoordinate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the provider networkQualifications5+ years experience in recruitmentExperience of working internationally is a distinct advantageA clinical background will be an advantageExcellent administrative skillsExcellent telephone/online mannerExcellent English speaking and writing abilitiesProfessional and quality orientated approach to workEnthusiastic and persuasiveExcellent problem-solving skillsCan develop and sustain mature working relationshipsAble to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to effectively negotiate between different parties to achieve the best possible outcomes for the businessOpen to change and ability to work with ambiguityAware of impact of own actions on workload of others and the business (self responsibility)AssertiveAbility to function effectively under pressureAble to multitask in terms of set standardsPlease note that this job specification is not exhaustive and will be reviewed as the role develops.€24,000 - €28,000 a yearWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
