This role ensures the effective integration and utilization of IT to enhance clinical operations, improve patient care, and support the organization's overall mission and goals.
The Clinical IT Senior Manager will collaborate with PMO Leaders, Clinical leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance.This position is part of Customer Care in Europe and will be Remote – covering the Western Clinical IT.
At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.You will be a part of the Europe Customer Care Team and report to the VP Customer Care.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in developing a team, are solution-focused role and want to work to build a world-class Field Service organization—read on.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the clinical IT strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives (strategic Planning & Leadership) leading and managing the Clinical IT team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that enhance clinical operations and patient care.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinical information systems (e.G., Remisol).Ensure systems are optimized for clinical workflows and meet regulatory and compliance standards, monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of clinical data following GDPR guidelines and regulation (Data Management & Security).Implement and maintain policies and procedures for data governance, security, and privacy, as well as conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats
