Position Overview The Clinical IT Senior Manager - Europe for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of clinical information systems and technology solutions within the healthcare organization.
This role ensures the effective integration and utilization of IT to enhance clinical operations, improve patient care, and support the organization's overall mission and goals.
This position is part of Customer Care in Europe and will be Remote – covering the Western Clinical IT.

You will be a part of the Europe Customer Care Team and report to the VP Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the clinical IT strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives.
Lead and manage the Clinical IT team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that enhance clinical operations and patient care.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinical information systems (e.G., Remisol).
Ensure systems are optimized for clinical workflows and meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of clinical data following GDPR guidelines and regulation.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures for data governance, security, and privacy.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
Act as a liaison between Implementation Team, Clinical staff, IT teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate training and support for clinical users to maximize the adoption and efficient use of IT systems.
Represent the Clinical IT department in meetings and committees, providing updates and insights on IT projects and initiatives.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and suggestions from clinical staff
