The Clinical IT Senior Manager - Europe for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of clinical information systems and technology solutions within the healthcare organization. This role ensures the effective integration and utilization of IT to enhance clinical operations, improve patient care, and support the organization's overall mission and goals. The Clinical IT Senior Manager will collaborate with PMO Leaders, Clinical leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the clinical IT strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives.Lead and manage the Clinical IT team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that enhance clinical operations and patient care.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinical information systems (e.g., Remisol).Ensure systems are optimized for clinical workflows and meet regulatory and compliance standards.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of clinical data following GDPR guidelines and regulation.Implement and maintain policies and procedures for data governance, security, and privacy.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.Act as a liaison between Implementation Team, Clinical staff, IT teams, and external vendors.Facilitate training and support for clinical users to maximize the adoption and efficient use of IT systems.Represent the Clinical IT department in meetings and committees, providing updates and insights on IT projects and initiatives.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.Lead initiatives to leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and suggestions from clinical staff.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.In-depth knowledge of clinical information systems, healthcare regulations, and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Qualifications:Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects and multi-country teams.Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., CPHIMS, CHCIO) is a plus.Fluent English is a must, any additional European language is a plus.At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
