Clinical Governance Analyst

Objective:To support the deployment of Clinical Governance (CG) being responsible for the delivery of projects, overseeing project management and supporting the execution and clinical lead in driving deliveries.Responsabilities:Connects with Country management, Center management, and broad clinical team to ensure tracking and evidence-based updates on the delivery of CG projects and processesImplements CG concepts & activitiesEnsures proper documentation of the CG plan's implementationUtilizes monitoring mechanisms, metrics, and various tools for tracking, analysis, and follow-up regarding the implementation and progress of the CG deliverables.Follows up on metrics (patients & staff safety documentation), concludes with diagnosis, develops corrective actions, and the monitoring of their application to ensure CG plan success.Tracks and monitors risks management, ensuring escalation and appropriate mitigations and controlsClinical experience in a multi-service, international, and multicultural organizationExperience in analysis and project delivery management in a healthcare environmentUniversity degree in healthcare fieldStrong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of statistical and analytical evaluation techniquesLean / Six Sigma / Kaizen certificate (nice to have)#J-18808-Ljbffr
