Clinical Governance Analyst

Objective:

To support the deployment of Clinical Governance (CG) being responsible for the delivery of projects, overseeing project management and supporting the execution and clinical lead in driving deliveries.

Responsabilities:

Connects with Country management, Center management, and broad clinical team to ensure tracking and evidence-based updates on the delivery of CG projects and processes
Implements CG concepts & activities
Ensures proper documentation of the CG plan's implementation
Utilizes monitoring mechanisms, metrics, and various tools for tracking, analysis, and follow-up regarding the implementation and progress of the CG deliverables.
Follows up on metrics (patients & staff safety documentation), concludes with diagnosis, develops corrective actions, and the monitoring of their application to ensure CG plan success.
Tracks and monitors risks management, ensuring escalation and appropriate mitigations and controls

Clinical experience in a multi-service, international, and multicultural organization

Experience in analysis and project delivery management in a healthcare environment

University degree in healthcare field

Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of statistical and analytical evaluation techniques

Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen certificate (nice to have)
