VHIR offers 2 vacant positions for a Clinical Trials Fellow within the Childhood Cancer Blood Disorders Group. Education and qualifications: Required: Degree in Medicine Specialist training in Paediatrics (via MIR or equivalent) Experience and knowledge: Required: Experience in Paediatric Haematology, Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplantation (during or post-residency) Desired: Training in biomedical research, good clinical practice, stem cell transplantation, palliative care, and advanced life support ? Experience in Clinical Trials in Paediatric Haematology and Oncology ? Experience in Research in Paediatrics ? Good communication skills and a good team player ? Fluency in medical English Main responsibilities and duties: Participation in recruitment and trial-related activities of patients enrolled in late phase clinical trials registries (Haematology, Oncology and Stem Cell Transplant). Assistance to trial principal investigators (paediatric haematology and oncology consultants) with day-to-day conduct of late-phase trials and registries at the Paediatric Haematology and Oncology Division of Vall d'Hebron Hospital. Labour conditions: Part time position 28h/w Starting date: October 2024 Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
