Responsibilities The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) will be responsible for the sales that occur on each contract in the assigned district during the call-off phase in particular.
CAS works proactively during the call-off period to build relationships with key people such as care developers, patient safety units, assistive technology consultants and other decision-makers of a primarily clinical nature.
Actively contribute to the company's vision and future growth by working closely with the Territory Manager of the assigned district.
Participate in and lead improvement and target work related to the business area Build relationships with contracting customers and act in a consultative capacity Ensure the success of the company's contract customers in their pressure ulcer work on contracted products Duties Active and regular customer cultivation on existing customers.
Sell the overall concept Care of Sweden offers through clinical knowledge and the concepts the company has.
Actively contribute to the company's contract customers improving their knowledge and routines regarding pressure ulcer prevention, mattresses and positioning to reduce patient suffering and improve health economics.
Conduct clinical and product training.
CAS will work proactively to implement larger educational initiatives instead of many small ones.
Plan and execute projects and/or collaborations with key opinion leaders, expert groups and decision makers Planning, documentation and administration.
Follow the sales process and ensure the use of the company's products.
Responsible for developing and executing business plans and strategies together with account manager Maintain a good knowledge of products, customers and competitors and communicate this within the company.
Maintaining commitments in the company's CRM & Business system.
Participate in fairs, conferences and lectures related to pressure ulcers, products, medical devices or similar relevant forums related to the product and vision.
Educate costumers in Workshops if needed Collaborate with Marketing Department to create mailings, contribute to relevant information in newsletters and marketing materials Actively update knowledge about research, studies and news in the clinical area.
Experience and Qualifications University degree (clinical training) Experience in Life Science and understanding of how the industry works with clinical and medical devices Experience working with training and having knowledge in MDR (medical device regulation) is an advantage Business focused Experience of process-driven organisation Examples of what kind of profile we are looking for: In her/his spare time for example likes to take roles on stage, group instructor, leader of any kind.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and Outlook Availability to travel around Spain and occasionally Europe.
.Driving license Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written The place of residence will preferably be, although not essential, Madrid or Barcelona.
