Clinical Applications Specialist Clinical Application Specialist IGTD

Your role: Providing primary training and education to customers
Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures.
Achieving and growing disposable utilization; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals.
Monitoring the use of Intrasight and Sync vision systems, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Assisting each step of the system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support.
Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.
Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
Coordination of local professional education training to customers.
Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures
You're the right fit if you have: BSc/MSc degree in Biomedical engineering o clinical/science related field
Min 3 years experience of clinical support in a cath-lab.
English fluency and Spanish native language skills are mandatory.
Availability to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab procedure
Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
