In this role, you will provide technical expertise to customers and users, training them to optimize the usage of our products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. You will also prepare seminars and workshops.
You are responsible for: Developing and executing an instructional program for users to maximize their independence regarding system operation and function selection.Customizing the system to meet specific user wishes in close collaboration with project management and account management.Overseeing the implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service) to gather maximum information for evaluation by the product group and for demonstrations and presentations.Monitoring system usage through regular contact with users to resolve operational issues or adapt the system to changing user needs.Participating in the development of new functionality or improved system settings.Maintaining close contact with the product group to enhance application knowledge and stay informed about new developments.Assisting in sales by providing advice to account management and customers.To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area.Experienced knowledge of all cardiovascular procedures.Analytical skills and experience in interpreting application results.Professional knowledge of the total application area from an operational standpoint.Excellent communication skills.Desirable clinical experience.Ability to organize special training sessions.Good knowledge of system architecture and used technology.Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.Clean driving license.Willingness to travel.*We kindly request you to apply with your CV in English.
