Job title: Clinical Application Specialist - Image Guided Therapy

In this role, you will provide technical expertise to customers and users and train them to optimize the usage of our products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. You will prepare seminars and workshops.
You are responsible for
Development and execution of an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independence of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
Customizing the system to the specific wishes of the user, in close contact with project management and account management to maximize the performance for each specific user.
Implementing trial installations (in cooperation with service) to gather maximum information for evaluation by the product group and for demonstrations and presentations (where required), to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment.
Monitoring the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.
Participating in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.
Keeping in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.
Assisting in sales by advising account management and customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area.
Experienced knowledge of all cardiovascular procedures.
Analytical skills, experience in the interpretation of the application results.
Professional knowledge of the total application area, from the operational point.
Excellent communication skills.
Desirable clinical experience.
Ability to organize special training.
Good knowledge of the system architecture and used technology.
Fluent in Spanish and a good level of English.
Clean driving license.
Willingness to travel.
