In this role, you will significantly contribute to growing our DCP business by implementing complex IT solutions for healthcare customers. This job is a 25% remote position and 75% travel to customers' sites. You must be willing to travel and support other countries as part of a wider European team.
Your role: Implementing Digital Pathology IT solutions for new customer projects.
Sales support.
Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Working on supporting troubleshooting Digital Pathology in our customers in Europe.
Follow up on current customers.
Training customers in applying the best clinical procedures and protocols for optimal equipment usage.
Consulting customers on DCP topics and questions.
(Re-)Training hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrades, or changes in equipment operating procedures.
Building productive internal/external working relationships.
Resolving incidents and finding workarounds for application issues.
Developing and maintaining implementation best practices, documenting procedures, standards, and configuration settings.
Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback on training delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Working as an active part of a project team to provide customers with a predictable and professional delivery experience.
Presenting technical information on specific application clinical areas.
You're the right fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience or Laboratory Specialist Technician.
Experience in a similar role.
Fluent Spanish, good English, and conversational Italian skills, both written and oral.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Pathology products in the clinical environment.
Experience working in production environments against SLAs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem analyzing skills.
Excellent ability to understand customer requirements and work with the Project team to find the best solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work outside normal office hours when needed (rare cases).
Proven documentation skills and ability to produce precise reports as necessary.
Passionate and self-driven to drive things forward and develop yourself.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
