MedSleep is looking for a qualified and experienced Clinic Manager on a consulting basis for Toronto, ON, to prepare the application for an MRI clinic license. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in the healthcare industry with added experience within the field of radiology. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
The Clinic Manager will provide overall operational leadership, support, and guidance to the Radiology Clinic. This role leads, manages, and executes all operational activities and oversees medical administrative functions and clinical lab operations. In addition, this role manages organizational strategic projects and ensures compliance with all relevant industry and internal policies, procedures, and regulations. The Clinic Manager plays a key role liaising with physician specialists at each location and in maintaining all quality standards. This role involves active, "hands-on" involvement with the teams under its scope.
Key Responsibilities:Gather required documentation to prepare licensing application for the MRI Clinic.Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to department policies and procedures.Oversee the maintenance of accurate information related to imaging within the patient electronic record and the imaging repositories.Perform troubleshooting of equipment and act as the initial contact for service issues and remove any faulty equipment from service.Implement organizational goals, policies, and procedures.Manage, monitor, and review business operations, focusing on building a sustainable business.Qualifications:Fully qualified Registered Technologist in Radiography currently registered with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) in Diagnostic Radiography or a Registered Medical Ultrasonographer currently registered with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).Current member of the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists (CMRITO).Minimum of 5 years' experience in a hospital Radiology or Ultrasonography Department is required.3 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, assess situations, prioritize tasks, and set deadlines.Demonstrated leadership, reliability, and flexibility.Ability to self-motivate and lead your team to success.MedSleep Offers:Competitive Salary ($75K)BonusOpportunity for a permanent positionWhy Join Our Team?
