About the role We are looking for an experienced and ambitious business development expert and leader to help us build long-lasting and collaborative relationships with our clients, identify and leverage opportunities across the Insurance sector and beyond, and to play a pivotal role in taking our Insurance strategy to the next level. It is expected that the successful candidate will regularly spend time in our London office. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Business Planning Working in close partnership with the Head of Insurance, you will contribute to the formulation and execution of the insurance sector's business plan.You will lead the formulation of a focused marketing and business development strategy for the sector, enhancing our reputation, growing client relationships and targeting new opportunities.You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and members of the Clients & Markets team to ensure effective delivery of the marketing & business development strategy. Business Development Engaging with key clients and prospects on a regular basis to understand market trends, you will identify new opportunities and build strategic relationships.You will work with the BD team and Client Relationship Partners on the development of our key client relationships, mentoring BD Account Managers working on the sector. With a leading role in the BD activities of partners and senior associates, you will provide on-the-job advice, support and coaching, as required
