Who We're Looking For: Due to our ongoing success, we are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and energetic new team member for the position of Client Support - After Sales Manager.
What You'll Do: Serve as the primary contact for our home buyers, addressing any inquiries they may have.
Act as Taolis' central point for client communication, coordinating with various internal departments (such as architecture, construction, finance, after-sales, maintenance, etc.)
based on the subject matter.
Organize meetings between clients and relevant departments when necessary.
What You Bring: High proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Dutch is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with several years in the real estate sector.
