Improve exponentially with enhanced learningResponsibilitiesThe person in this role (referred to going forward as Candidate) will be the primary contact for client support and customer service, and will report directly to President, Will Ivy. Candidate should be able to learn and understand all platforms in our current tech stack to implement and execute a program for continually checking in on and educating our members about the resources and programs available to them. This role will include scheduling virtual meetings or phone calls with our international clients in various time zones, which will occasionally occur outside normal business hours. Client Success Create New & Optimize existing Customer Support System Onboarding / Application Process Internal Marketing & Education Customer Service & Integrity of Information Accounts Receivable Annual Meeting Support Internal Sales ProgramsRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer success or a related field (e.G., account management, sales).Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.A problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.Proficiency in (relevant software programs, e.G., Salesforce, Zendesk).Amenable in any shift schedule.Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City Offshore Business Processing (OBP) is a well-established outsourcing company and a global leader in offshored freight services.
