Your Mission:
Be a Kraken Ambassador: you will be responsible for convincing clients that our model is the best way to run their business!
You will lead by example with the best practices and key behavioral principles to clients, emphasizing their positive impact on both the organization and its people.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment: You will be a key part of the client recruitment transformation, helping in process planning and execution, with a focus on reducing biases and ensuring diversity.
Coaching & Mentoring: You will coach and mentor senior client leaders and your team members, providing bespoke advice to push their customer service to the next level.
Leadership Development: You will be involved in leadership programs about Influential Management, Assertive Communication, and Principled Decision-making.
Lead Transformation: You will define a clear agreement for transitioning to the next phase, build trustworthy relationships rapidly, and empower both the client and the internal team to solve problems.
What You'll Need to Have:
Culture: We are looking for people who are passionate about helping clients, committed to sustainability, open-minded, flexible, and adaptable. You should be confident in decision-making, resilient under pressure, and believe in big ambitions and small egos.
Experience in the Utilities industry (preferably in France) AND/OR strong experience of leading aspects of operational transformation programs, ideally in utilities.
Ability to communicate independently and with confidence with senior stakeholders (both in presentations and meetings).
Proven experience in building relationships and trust with clients, with a flair for influencing and a natural ability to
