Our client Built Right Digital is a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in crafting tailored strategies for their clients to achieve optimal online presence and performance. We are seeking a skilled Account Manager - CSR to join their team and lead the planning, development, and execution of the client's digital strategies.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and responsive support
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills to understand and resolve client issues effectively
Problem Resolution:
Analyze client concerns and take proactive steps to identify and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive resolutions
Product Knowledge and Education:
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients
Offer guidance and educate clients on how to maximize the benefits of our offerings
Feedback Collection and Reporting:
Gather and document client feedback, suggestions, and concerns to provide insights for product/service improvements
Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing client interactions and feedback
Requirements
Excellent English is critical
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills
Benefits
Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard
Salary: $7 - $14 USD/Hour
Schedule: Generally 9am CST - 5pm CST
