You will be responsible for providing essential operational support to ensure our clients have seamless access to our platform and services.
Your tasks will include managing access for both internal and external users, coordinating client communications, maintaining organized client data and assisting with administrative responsibilities.
This position is based in Girona, Spain, and reports to the Client Success Manager (L3).
Key Responsibilities: Guarantee access to External and Internal users to fundcraft platform Client SharedMailbox Coordination and Management Maintaining updated slack channels Prepare client communications when new features of the platform are available Manage client data and information accurately within our Platform.
Assist in preparing and sending client communications, including emails, letters, and reports.
Write memorandums of meetings and prepare agendas.
Coordinate meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Provide general administrative support to the Client Success team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of client success processes and tools.
Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support to clients.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or similar.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Equivalent professional experience in a similar role may be considered Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
