This role will report to our Client Servicing Manager. We are looking for someone who can ideally speak Spanish and English, although any other languages will be an asset.Responsibilities:Safeguarding Ebury and our existing Clients from financial crime risk - including money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery and corruption, fraud, sanctions risk, tax evasion and reputational riskResolution of customers related issues on email and chatLiaise with most typology of requests involved in the team's workflowManage requests for information relating to the client's account or activity with EburyEfficient management of a personal portfolio of cases and tasksProactive follow-up with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely completion of cases and tasksComplete allocated tasks with focus, and in a timely mannerCommunicate the status of tasks to colleagues and Supervisors, escalating problems swiftly, as neededUphold and reinforce company and departmental valuesAdhere to all internal policies, processes and proceduresRequirements:University degreeDiligent, with excellent attention to detailProactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressureStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly empathetic, with strong active listening skillsCo-operative, and comfortable working in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and proceduresAdaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes and proceduresAligned with Ebury valuesFluency in English and Spanish, any other European language is considered a real benefit - (Dutch, Italian, German, Czech, French)#LI-CD1#J-18808-Ljbffr
