We are currently recruiting a Client Services Executive based in our Madrid office on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.
In this role, you will provide Account Management Services to Global Accounts incoming to Chubb UK from our Worldwide Multinational network.
You will be responsible for the issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewal and new business, endorsements, and associated administrative tasks within Chubb's agreed standards by adopting the 'right first time' principle (100% data quality checking prior to issuance booking).
The role also involves working closely with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders where required.
Responsibilities: Ensure that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties, becoming the main focal point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
Support Chubb's business development and client relationship activities.
Account handling and supporting Global Client Service Executives and Underwriters on relevant accounts/activities.
Assist with ongoing Projects identified throughout the year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.
Ensure that Chubb's Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
Work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
Experience required: Native or advanced level in French or German.
Professional language skills in English.
Working experience within the Insurance Industry is desirable.
Previous experience of servicing multinational insurance projects is preferred.
Competent in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude, as well as attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
