Job DescriptionAs a Client Services Director, you will have to deliver impeccable service of award-winning strategies and communications ideas. You should be able to efficiently manage an integrated group of professionals in a very synergic way, assuring brilliant basics to the Client while delivering a continuous degree of incremental sophistication and business-digital transformation, thus reporting into better global results.
How you'd spend your day: Quality control of the agencies output – response to briefs, content projects, performance execution, etc.Ensure excellent relationships with other agency partners and with key media owners.Synergic internal coordination of all projects (at both local and international level).Together with the team, lead a continuous transformation, moving our planning to a consumer centric, mindset-based planning, capitalized on data.Ensure ideas are high quality, inspirational, game-changing and help our clients deliver their brand's ambitions in the ever-changing media marketplace.Creative & Media (branding & performance) coordination.Set up a measurement plan for performance accounts.Work on cross-sell initiatives that involve data, technology, production, creative and media.Leadership and people management.QualificationsWhat we're looking for: Degree in Marketing/Advertising & Public Relations or minimum 12 years working in media planning strategy.Strong knowledge of the Spanish media landscape dynamics.Experience in performance (at least 2 years) both in platforms or managing a pure performance account.Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.We think you're awesome if you: Have a good level of English (C1 or more).Have worked with International clients.Management of multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.Open to new ideas and change.Additional InformationWhy join us?
