Client Services Associate

We are seeking outgoing individuals for our Remote Customer Service Consultant positions.

As a Consultant, you will work from home booking vacations for leisure and corporate clients around the world.

This position is perfect for anyone who loves to travel and loves to help others with planning.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, Create, and Execute travel itineraries for your clientsReview individual needs and wants for travel, to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for your clientReview budgets and plan client trips accordinglyBook travel needs including airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and much more!Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfactionHandle client issues that arise before, during, or after travelComplete ongoing trainings to maintain and earn certifications within the travel industryAttend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations, types of travel, etc.Remain current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industryPOSITION REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skillsMust have reliable internet access and a computer (recommended) or a smartphoneHospitality, Customer Service, or Sales background is a plus, but not a requirementPersonal travel experience is a plus, but not a requirementBENEFITS: Full training providedWork from home Full Time or Part TimeNo experience necessaryDiscounted personal travel
