- Provide coaching and professional development for team leaders and staff.
- Oversee and approve recruitment aligned with company values.
- Set and evaluate individual and team goals on an annual basis.Collaboration and Reporting:
- Act as the primary link to the Regional Manager, ensuring transparency and reporting on team progress and initiatives.RequirementsEducation: Minimum of 2 years of higher education (Bac +2).Proven experience in team management with strong leadership and coordination abilities.Interpersonal Skills: Effective at managing complex or high-pressure situations.Organizational Skills: Strong task planning and delegation.Analytical Skills: Proficient in data interpretation and KPI monitoring.Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; additional foreign languages are an asset.
