Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of new client portfolio: email, telephone, chat, etc.Onboarding process and KYC requests.Continuous communication with compliance team and global team.KYC Reports and client handling. Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree.Client-oriented.Proficiency in English and German.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with sound reasoning in service delivery.Familiarity with AML and compliance processes.
