Insurer Consulting Group provides insurance carriers with tools that are designed to help make them more successful.
Our work helps insurers improve their product offerings, identify new opportunities, and enhance their operational and trading efficiency.The Insurer Consulting Execuitve will work with the Regional MMB ICG Leader, alongside local ICG and MMB teams to deliver the services associated with Insurer Consulting agreements and the management of carrier relationships.
As a regional role, you will have responsibility for delivering services across the European region, focused primarily in Spain and France to service the existing engagement for MMB.
In addition to delivering contracted services as part of ongoing engagements, you will also be working on localised projects as identified in support of insurers needs.What you will be rewarded with?We offer and embrace a flexible work culture with hybrid model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis.
Flexible work time schedule that allows adapt the schedule to personal needs.Competitive Benefits Package including: variable compensation, meal allowance, 29 days annual leave, pension plan, private medical insurance, life and accident insurance, employee assistance program, flexible benefits, wellbeing program (physiotherapist, nutritionist, gympass)We will count on you to: Lead on local carrier client account management tasks including maintaining and implementing action plans, preparing meeting notes, scorecards and presentations for carriers, participating on projects, liaising between internal teams and organizing meeting logistics to ensure service meets or exceeds expectations of carrier clients.Work with MMB Country Leaders and Placement Leaders to strengthen and grow account relationships in collaboration with the wider Marsh ICG team.Coordinating feedback across the MMB network on carrier performance and update carrier briefing reports as requested for senior executives.Provide insights using MMB data systems to show and review a carrier's portfolio within the MMB book, as well as identify and explain trends.Produce regular reports and tailored presentations for carriers.Support Regional Insurer Consulting Leader on individual projects to completion.Build operational understanding of MMB Placement and systems, databases and reporting tools to support query resolution.
Work across MMB Regionally to understand limitations in data, system issues and local processing differences.Uses creativity, analytic skills and technology to develop more efficient processes.What you need to have:Employee Benefit Insurance knowledge and experience is essential to succeed in this role as you will be required to strategise with carriers and MMB colleagues in relation to employee benefit products.Strong data analysis skills, the ability to delve into data on an in-depth basis.Project support experience, including ensuring they run smoothly, identifying any gaps or issues that may need resolving.Ability to work self-sufficiently but equally able to collaborate well within a team.What makes you stand out:Experience within a similar role with the ability to think outside the box and provide valuable support to Leadership with limited guidance.A background of working within the Employee Benefit insurance industry.Multi-lingual proficiency in multiple languages, preferably Spanish French and English, both spoken and written.Marsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
