As a Client Relations Manager, you will lead and maintain the relationship with our Digital customers, understanding their needs and giving them responsive support on a daily basis.
You will need excellent account management skills, engaging with clients and ensuring excellent customer services provided through your technical skills.
You will work side by side with the technical team in order to offer the best user experience for our clients and develop creative solutions to satisfy their business needs.
We are looking for a talented Client Relations Manager to lead the Operations of a wide range of new clients.
You are expected to perform a transversal role, translating new customers' needs into technical specifications, planning and delivering excellent services.

+2 years experience in project management, technical account management or client support in technical environmentsHighly organised, multitasker and with strong attention to detailInitiative, drive, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial attitudeExcellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solvingPassion about listening, asking, understanding and communicatingLove for teamwork and learningComputer literacyBe comfortable dealing with a large amount of data and numbersKnowledge or experience in the music industry is a plusFluency in English; Spanish, French, Italian or any other language is a plusThis role can be performed in any location within the EMEA region.
