.Please apply here: https://laislanetwork.Org/job/client-project-manager/Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact between LIN team and clients, ensuring timely, clear, and professional correspondence.Facilitate regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions with clients (e.G., participate in weekly or bi-weekly calls) with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and satisfaction.Project Coordination and Planning Support Development team in developing project proposals.Manage change orders with client if the scope of project is altered.Manage logistics of onsite assessments.Work with legal and finance to ensure all contracts, MOUs, agreements, etc., are in order.Coordinate with Lead industrial hygienist to develop work plan.Project Implementation and Monitoring Ensure all activities related to the occupational health assessments are carried out effectively and efficiently, adhering to both client and organizational standards.Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks or delays.Provide support and guidance to internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.Review deliverables including reports for quality.Reporting and Follow-up Facilitate client debriefs to review results, discuss follow-up actions, and assess the project's results as related to the health of the workforce.Identify possibilities and opportunities during a project for continuation of existing collaborations or opportunities for new corporate partners.Communicate project results to LIN's Development and Communication teams.Qualifications:Bilingual English/Spanish required.5 years project management or equivalent experience required.Client relationship management experience.Skills required:Strong project management skills with experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Problem-solving ability, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support their activities to meet project goals.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, client needs, and organizational priorities.Ability to take ownership of projects, make decisions, and lead teams to deliver successful outcomes.Terms of Employment:Type: 20 hrs/weekLocation: RemoteCompensation: $2,500/monthlySome domestic and international travel required.About La Isla Network:La Isla Network is an occupational health research and advisory nonprofit dedicated to ending heat-related illnesses among workers and their communities worldwide.
