You will join to the Operations Department to become a migration policies' specialist either from the receiving countries or relative to the countries of origin.You will mainly treat with non-EU investors who want to invest in real estate or financial assets in Spain and Greece with the objective of obtaining residency or passport in one of these countries.The Client Processing Specialist is responsible for assessing clients about which of the migration programs suit better to their needs and for managing all the planification to achieve client's objective.As a Processing team member you will be in charge of clients' cases from their signature to the delivery of the service/product hired, going through client constant communication, planning and meeting deadlines, legal procedures, etc.We're looking for someone who has the will to learn and become a specialist in migration programs to assess properly clients from over the world.We are also looking for someone results-oriented who can deal with deadlines and kpi's.As a member of the Processing Team, you will actively collaborate with the marketing, legal, and sales department.Main duties and responsibilities:Assess clients about migration programs or channels, both residency and nationality programs.Familiarize yourself with the migration policies of the receiving countries and relative policies of the countries of origin.Manage of the entire process, including the planning of each client, communication with the client, communication with colleagues who coordinate the process, organization of documents, accompany clients to necessary appointments, etc.Periodically report to the director the status of the clients.Support Sales Team to close deals with clients.Desired skills and experience:Bachelor's degree (ideally), with experience in international relations, customer service, after sales, operations, supply chain, etc.Native Chinese, fluent English (B2) and Spanish (B2), with excellent written and oral communication is a must.Great comfort and ability to build rapport with clients from all over the world (China, Philippines, Arabian countries, South American countries, etc.
