We are looking for a curious, talented, and motivated individual to join the Family & Home Team Cluster within Europanel as International Client Manager. This role is to be the first point of contact for a number of client contacts across a range of different insight & commercial teams from multiple regions. It is challenging, yet extremely rewarding, involving a high level of client interaction, relationship management (both internally and within our GfK CPS/Kantar network) as well as designing and delivering impactful multi-country proposals to key client contacts and business needs.You'll also be experiencing working for some of the top consumer goods manufacturers in the world and learn about how to grow accounts and how big manufacturers prepare to grow their brands globally.This role is a new addition to our team in our client success function, focused on uncovering new growth areas and developing some key client relationships with support from a Client Director.If you want to be at the heart of a new team with big ambitions, and to help different FMCG manufacturers revolutionize their strategy and ways of working, join us!Job role responsibilities:Lead or support a variety of projects from brief stage to successful delivery, being the first point of contact for the client, and responsible for the overall success of the project.Create and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions.Support the development and delivery of high profile, multi-country insights.Create high functioning relationships with EP colleagues and local Kantar & CPS GfK teams.Develop opportunities to grow revenue, with a focus on widening our network and increasing the contribution of EP services.Collaborate with and motivate other team members, share knowledge, and support each other, encourage a culture of learning and development across all clients in the family and home cluster.Requirements for position:Knowledge in quantitative research, ideally an understanding of Consumer Panel data.A desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities, proposal writing, and delivering against commercial targets
