Role's MissionDoes the idea of working with a large set of information and complex data, using innovative analysis techniques in order to achieve the best solutions for leading fashion and beauty brands in the market attract you? This Client Manager role will be supporting the Client Director on partnering, managing, and supporting several key lead Fashion and Beauty players - by supporting them in growing their businesses and generating incremental ROI by helping them use consumer panel's data to generate strategic and better-informed business decisions.
This position will involve a high level of client interaction and relationship management, as well as designing and delivering impactful projects for a wide range of contacts and business needs. We expect you to be able to drive client impact by maximizing the use of purchase panel insight, influence an audience and collaborate internally and externally to grow and develop successful relationships.
Key OutcomesBe responsible for managing your own day-to-day workload on the area of the business you have responsibility for and establishing priorities with the client as needed - we expect you to anticipate client demands and proactively find solutions, rather than just answering requests.Deliver presentations to clients that meet the objectives of the clients' briefs, which secure production and interpretation of data insights that highlight relevant patterns, and implications to their businesses as you'll offer actionable recommendations.Use these relationships and touchpoints to understand your clients' challenges and wider goals, and partner with them to help answer their questions through either contracted services or suggesting bespoke ad-hoc projects.Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team with a focus on widening our network, identifying client issues, and co-creating innovative solutions with our data.Work with the Client Director to create and drive forward account plans for your portfolio.Spot opportunities to increase client access to our data, as well as work with experts from across the business to convert new opportunities and ensure client ROI.Work closely with the more junior members of your team to coach them in their development, acting as a role model and providing helpful feedback when appropriate.Develop a good knowledge of category and brand awareness and utilise it in identifying and explaining key influences on market performance.Key CapabilitiesYour background will ideally look like this:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Management, Sociology, Econometrics or equivalent fields.Minimum of 2-3 years of previous professional experience in Client Management and/or Market Research roles (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a proven record on building successful relationships with clients.Full business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum).Proven business experience with MS Excel (e.g., Advanced Formulas; Pivot Tables) and MS Power Point.Genuine enthusiasm and interest in Fashion, Beauty and retail industries.Possesses strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to articulate in a confident and composed manner insightful and impactful presentations.Experience delivering business analysis-based consulting projects with the ability to provide value-added client insights, and present complex data clearly and incisively.With the following qualities:Inquisitive, with critical thinking, and demonstrate genuine passion for consumer behaviour.Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.Is proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve the team's goals and objectives.Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
