As Client Manager in Spain, you will work on the support and development of clients and dealers. You will build and develop long-term and trusting relationships with clients at a management, tactical, and operational level.
Client Manager Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:
Define the strategy for your clients (Know his position in the chain, Identify potential growth opportunities, create the strategy and translate it into a concrete client plan)
Lead client activities (Be the first point of contact for the client and introduce the right specialists at the right time, Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers of the client at all levels, Work across Rijk Zwaan to create custom solutions, Identify strategic partnership opportunities)
Be accountable for the results (Identify sales opportunities and report activities of the competition, make the value of our proposition explicit, be responsible for the collection of overdue payments, deal promptly with potential complaints)
Use RZ systems and tooling for effective international collaboration (CRM, Analyze client information, timely sales forecast)
Take care of communication with relevant stakeholders

A completed Bachelor's degree in the field of Agriculture;
7-10 years of relevant work experience in sales and account management in an international environment;
Leadership skills;
Influence and persuasion to lead and manage diverse client teams;
Networking skills – ability to build bridges and connect people;
Willing to travel frequently (both domestic and international)
Project and process management skills;
Good command of written and spoken English language;
