You build and develop further long-term and trusting relationships with clients at a management, tactical and operational level. You give professional advice and consult customers on Rijk Zwaan products and modern technologies. You track market trends and look for new clients. You work with a professional CRM system and accurately forecast the sales forecasts & results.Additionally, you are responsible for:Define the strategy for your clients (Know his position in the chain, Identify potential growth opportunities, create de strategy and translate into a concrete client plan)Lead client activities (Be the first point of contact for the client and introduce the right specialists at the right time, Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers of the client at all levels, Work across Rijk Zwaan to create custom solutions, Identify strategic partnership opportunities)Be accountable for the results (Identify sales opportunities and report activities of the competition, make the value of our proposition explicit, be responsible for the collection of overdue payments, deal promptly with potential complaints)Use RZ systems and tooling for effective international collaboration (CRM, Analys client information, timnely sales forecast)Take care of communication with relevant stakeholdersYou are based in Almería and committed to provide a high service level and to maintain the ethics of the company.
