A Client Implementation Lead is a shining example of the Kraken culture and way of working, believing in decision-making based on simplicity, customer benefit and efficiency. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the intricacies of the Kraken Operating Model, building their understanding, leading workstreams whilst embedding skills and empowering them to operate effectively.Responsibilities:

Define a clear agreement for transitioning to the next phase.Build trustworthy relationships rapidly, pushing clients and your team to create positive transformations.What You'll Need To Have
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).Extensive experience in the Utilities industry (preferably in Spain).Able to be based in Oviedo and have the necessary visa / right to work in Spain.Strong experience of leading aspects of operational transformation programmes, ideally in utilities.Proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders with confidence.Key Skills:
Instil confidence in the ways of working, showcasing Kraken's credibility and trustworthiness.Work within the client to demonstrate tasks and platform usage.Culture Fit
