Join our Client Implementation team, a core part of Client Onboarding (COB). We play a crucial role in streamlining client onboarding and account opening across various business areas and products. Our primary objective is to collaborate with key stakeholders (including Compliance, Business, FNBG, CIP Due Diligence, Reg DD, and Quality Assurance) to efficiently onboard new clients while prioritizing control and exceptional client service. We pride ourselves on building strong, enduring relationships with our institutional clients, encompassing asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, financial service providers, fund managers, and private equity funds. The Client Implementation team is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the markets, thriving in ever-changing environments and consistently focusing on outstanding client experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and drive the client onboarding process across all client types and products. Engage in proactive discussions with Sales/FNBG to manage priorities effectively. Gain comprehensive knowledge of requirements including AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment. Understand and adhere to Client Onboarding policies and processes. Manage strict deadlines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Exhibit excellent organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Show a keen attention to detail and a self-driven approach. Maintain a strong orientation towards client service. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Preferably experienced in Client Onboarding or a KYC role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
