Location: MadridOther locations: Primary Location OnlyDate: Sep 13, 2024Requisition ID: 1538457At EY Madrid, we have a diverse, multicultural team based in the wavespace Artificial Intelligence Center, where we work with the most innovative technologies in our field.We offer a broad range of advice to our clients in domains such as Generative AI, customer intelligence, innovation for risk, assurance, tax and insurance, big data architecture, data quality, machine learning, computer vision, advance analytics, etc. As the team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced facilitator at manager level to be part of our Client Experience Domain.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and facilitation of client experience sessions.Being the main source of information, communicate broadly about projects' status with the relevant stakeholders.Maintain and improve pipeline of long-term initiatives, building and managing a community around them.Sustain and develop relationships with internal and external clients.Understand our global practice.Bridge the technical teams and internal communications.Actively propose new ideas and methodologies.Requirements:Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant disciplineRelevant experience, 5 – 8 years, ideally with exposure in data & analyticsBackground in business and/or data analytics technologiesRelationship with startup environment is a major plusExcellent analytical skillsCommunication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues into clear & compelling recommendationsCritical thinking: able to look at trends and data, and come to new conclusions based on the findingsAttention to detailFluent in English, about 75% of our projects are for international clients, so English is a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
