Job Description
To support our ReviewPro team, we're looking for a Client Content Creator to provide first-class first-level technical support to the Account Management and Customer Success teams. This is an entry position for someone who has technical skills to support our client-facing teams and the ability to write clear and to-the-point articles about features of the tool for the online Learning & Support center. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow within our organization.
What you'll do Assist the teams with basic HTML/CSS issues in Guest Satisfaction Surveys and invitation emails
Assist customers on usage and best practices with their integrations towards our API
Write technical documentation on API, integrations, and new features of the ReviewPro tool for end-users
Assist the Director of Technical Integrations with integrations, like creating onboarding processes, documentation, and follow-up
Execute and assist in the implementation of key technical projects
