This is an entry position for someone who has technical skills to support our client facing teams and the ability to write clear and to the point articles about features of the tool for the online Learning & Support center. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow within our organization.What you'll doAssist the teams with basic HTML/CSS issues in Guest Satisfaction Surveys and invitation emailsAssist customers on usage and best practices with their integrations towards our APIWrite technical documentation on API, integrations, and new features of the ReviewPro-tool for end-usersAssist the Director of Technical Integrations with integrations, like creating onboarding-processes, documentation and follow-upExecute and assist in implementation of key technical projectsQualificationsBasic skills in HTML/CSS (but no programming skills needed)Excellent listening skills, you have the ability to understand the needs of fellow team members and customers when they ask for your help.High level of organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage client expectations.Innovative problem-solving methods to help our customers grow their business and make integrations work as smooth and secure as possible.Excellent writing skills, you have no problem in documenting processes or features for your fellow team members as well as customers for our online Learning & Support center.Proactivity and being able to work independent.Fluent in English and Spanish.
