CLIENT ADVISOR - PART TIME 24H, WEEKEND ONLY FIX TERM CONTRACT - 3 MONTHS MADRID, CENTRAL AREA About: Luxury fashion house The Brand's products represent a perfect fusion of fashion and timeless luxury essentials, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and intricate details Heritage, attention to details and research into unique fabrics and techniquesResponsibilities: Being up to date with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPIs Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request An excellent brand representative, who has passion and ideal experience to provide an excellent customer service Confident in connecting with clients, and offering a strong selling ceremony serviceRequirements: Minimum of 2 years of premium or luxury sales experience Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients Proactive, fast-learner and able to provide an impeccable customer experienceOffering: Salary up to €25K, prorated on a 24h weekly basis Flexible only Friday, Saturday & Sunday Fix term contract: 3 months Commission scheme & Company benefitsThis is an urgent vacancy - if this position is of interest, please apply now with your updated CV for an immediate interview.
