Client Advisor - Madrid Ortega

As a FENDI Ambassador, the Client Advisor is expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients through the promotion of FENDI history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity.

Sales PerformanceLead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.Client ManagementStrengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base, implementing appropriate CRM tools.Manage customer service quality to meet expectations by offering a professional and individual human touch with the client.Store OperationsCorrectly operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.Store ManagementSupport in maintaining inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.Minimum Requirements2-5 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.Manages own image standards at a high level.Strong selling and communication skills.Excellent relationship skills.Organization, professionalism, and self-confidence.Strong customer service skills.Computer skills and retail management system knowledge.Goal-oriented approach and multitasking abilities.Strong knowledge and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry.Fluent in English.
