Diesel is a truly worldwide organization, present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores.For our Store in Madrid Fuencarral, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Permanent Part Time Client Advisor (20H).You fit with this position if you're:Caring, authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy, putting the client at the center of every decision.Courageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn.Key Responsibilities:Act and think first of the client and their experience, possessing in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.Effectively deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.Proactively engage in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.Prove brand and product knowledge.Manage payment operations including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions in a punctual and accurate manner.Ensure and maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ideas, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.Key Requirements:Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies is an asset.Passionate about Retail, Customer Service, and possessing a commercial mindset.Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.Willingness to grow in the organization; willingness to relocateis a plus.Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working
