Since 1994, Marni has been recognized as the most artistic, color-savvy, life-embracing, off-beat brand in the luxury segment.A constant aspiration to surprise and delight and to exceed expectations, with one foot in the past, one foot in the future.Marni has consistently challenged the traditional codes of fashion, the seriousness of dressing up, and the boring 'sameness' that exists in the world.We are looking for someone who is ready to make a difference in an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents, and out-of-the-box thinkers.Marni is looking for a Client Advisor to join its team at Concession ECI in Madrid.PROFILEGreeting customers;Be involved in stock control and management;Assisting customers to find what they are looking for;Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;Being responsible for processing cash and card payments;Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;Dealing with customer refunds;Responsible for handling customer complaints;Working within established guidelines, particularly with the brand;Attaching tags to merchandise on the floor;Receiving and storing the delivery of stock;Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.JOB REQUIREMENTSAt least 2 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the Luxury/Fashion industry will be a plus;Selling experience in RTW and accessories;Having a friendly and engaging personality;Comfortable working with members of the public;Should have a confident manner and be result-oriented;Must be helpful and polite with a positive attitude and reliable behavior;Able to work as part of a boutique's team;
