The day-to-day role includes taking enquiries from and sourcing suitable serviced apartments at competitive rates to our clients. You'll be supporting travellers coming into Iberia & LATAM as well as supporting clients based within the region with their global requirements. You'll create and manage reservations from the booking stage right through to when the client checks out and ensure you provide the client with the highest level of customer service at all times.
