RoleCluster Coordinator – SAP TimeResponsibilitiesIntegrated into the AS department and under the supervision of a Cluster Lead, the overall responsibilities of a Cluster Coordinator are described below:Resource management activities :Workload allocation.Performance review.Work on the motivation of the team members.Follow up of low performance consultants.Organization of the holidays.
Customer management activities :Best practices.Resource allocation.Ensure the good relationship between the client and the team with accounts without HRO Maintenance activities :Ensure tickets and change request are delivered as expected.Ensure that ticket review is organized every week or every two weeks.Ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed in time (for instance, analysis of logs).Ensure the quality of the deliveries.Ensure the transfers of new clients to our team.
Support the team :Support as senior consultant the rest of the workmates solving their questions.Organization of SAP Time trainings.RequirementsBachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.Previous experience in SAP Time Management (+3 years).Strong interest in delivering high quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resource.Be committed to the team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.#LI-RemoteWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
