Your Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare apartments to meet our quality standards and clients' expectations,
including vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, linen and towel replacement, window
cleaning, bathroom sanitization, etc.
• Clean and maintain other public facilities such as restaurants, schools, swimming pools,
public toilets, train stations, etc. Requisitos Minimum Requirements:
• English proficiency at B1 level
• EU passport
Important Note: Travel to Germany is at the employee's own expense, but the company will cover
ferry costs from the mainland to the island.

• German labor contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension; after 12 months, a
permanent position is available
• Average 160 working hours per month (with a possible +/-25% adjustment during high and
low seasons)
• Direct medical insurance through the employment contract
• Gross hourly wage of 13.50 EUR with monthly payments (no advanced payments)
• +75% pay increase for work on Sundays and public holidays
• 1 day off per week
• Accommodation: 250 EUR per person/month, including all bills; rooms for 2 people in
shared 2- or 3-room houses
• Bicycle provided for easy island transport (usually 5-10 minutes between sites)
