.Your mission INBRAIN Neuroelectronics decodes neural signals to deliver precision BCI therapy using the power of graphene.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on developing and processing polymer-based thin film devices, integrating cutting-edge materials into the stack to enhance the device's performance.You will leverage innovative and well-established semiconductor fabrication techniques to incorporate these materials, placing you at the forefront of next-generation technology development.This position will be office-based in Bellaterra.Key Responsibilities: Operate various items of machinery toward the fabrication of the devices: RIE, optical microscopy, wet etching, Autoclave, photolithography, etc. Record inspection data, write reports, and notify supervisors of irregularities; ensure the quality of outgoing products following guidelines. Carry out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies. Provide all the required technical support to enable the manufacturing to function effectively. Execute duties within good practice laboratory (GLP), and good manufacturing practice (GMP) protocols and follow personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures. Work in compliance with SOP specifications, work instructions and established recipes. Keep equipment calibrated and in a clean and serviceable condition and ensure the safe removal of waste. Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labeled. Your profile Technical Degree (engineering, natural sciences or equivalent). Fluency in English required (company main language). Spanish is nice to have. Basic computer and math skills. Laboratory work, preferably in CR facilities, hands-on experience in cleanroom. Experience with thin films and/or electronic devices is a plus. General knowledge of micro and nanofabrication processes such as: reactive ion etching; wet etching techniques; photolithography pattern transfer; and metal thin film deposition by e-beam evaporation. Experience in manufacturing processes and quality control for medical devices will be especially valued. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities. Ability to work within tight timelines. Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize resources to ensure work is completed on time strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, sterility, and aseptic technique.
