Job Description: Your Impact The Clarizen Administrator will work closely with the Clarizen Program Lead to design, build, and manage Clarizen in support of automating business and project operations within the Security Consulting Operations team. This role is available in Spain or the UK.

Receiving and qualifying requirements while being able to give direction and scope with Clarizen. Assisting with customizing reports, views, custom fields, etc. with Clarizen and reporting the status to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Maintaining the accuracy of the data in Clarizen and working with teams outside of Unit 42 Security Consulting Operations to build integration and ensure the integration is preserved as Clarizen is developed further. Assisting the Clarizen Program Lead in the documentation of the various workflows that exist today and that are added in the future. Qualifications: Your Experience 5+ years of Program/Product Management experience. 2+ years Clarizen Administration experience. Experience configuring and customizing in Clarizen. Professional Service Automation and project migration experience. Analyst background and experience. Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and constantly adapting security firm wearing multiple hats. Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, solve problems requiring meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Experience with Microsoft Office, Lucid Chart, and/or SmartSheets. Experience with SAP and SFDC highly preferred. Additional Information Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on-target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $59,900/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
