Claims Processor - French Speaker (Ftc)

We have a temporary contract (6 months) opportunity available for a French Speaking Claims Processor in our Madrid office.
Role Purpose:

The individual processor role is an essential part of the CE claims hub team, responsible for handling claim admin tasks for other European clusters.
The position holder will provide various claims administrative services to our customers to support them through the process of bringing the claim to completion, e.g., advanced reporting needs, BDX file booking, or various system data completion/tracking needs.
This is an excellent position to break into commercial claims and its fast-growing administration needs.
Full comprehensive training (KT) will be provided to help you become a skilled Claims Processor and a valuable part of the Madrid hub team.
The ideal candidate will work as part of a diverse claims team to deliver high-quality service to our CE clusters and ultimately for our brokers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims administrative delivery goals: Perform day-to-day tasks on time and work under set deadlines (SLAs), proactively manage process exceptions while collaborating with the Hub Team leader and colleagues.
Data Quality / Integrity: Maintain claims data entry and indexing file upload/documentation integrity in all used systems.
Best Practice: Adhere diligently to the best practices laid out under the rules and guidelines for the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes and protocols.
Internal Development: Perform with a high level of technical competency for claims admin activities and commit to personal development through given coaching.
Quality of service: Deliver high-quality service within authority for various claim admin types or standard settlements.

Key Requirements:

Native/Bilingual in French.
Advanced level in English (C1).
Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
Basic knowledge of commercial insurance A&H, P&C classes, UW or policy issuance is preferred.
Ability to organize work and perform within time constraints.
MS Office knowledge.
Experience of working independently or as part of a team – self-motivated.
